The house and the grounds are amazing. The house is beautifully restored, the rooms are simple and beautiful, the house has a large kitchen and a great covered terrace, and the pool is great.
The area is very lush and beautiful, and you have an amazing view and a sense of being secluded. The nearby town is very nice - we had morning coffee at the bakery every day and bought most things at the local supermarket. The walk up there is steep though.
We took advice from the guest info book and went down to the local winery to fill up on wine using the large glass jugs that they supplied. Bbqing fish that we bought at the local fish market down by the sea was a highlight. The climbs and views in the area were always stunning. We had a delightful view of the sea and morning sunrise from our bedroom which connected us to the area.
Emanuella, who wecomed us, went above and beyond, when our electric rental car decided it could not handle the hills, and had to be replaced.

It is a beautiful and well-maintained house. Many accommodations do not understand that it is actually quite simple to make people happy, namely ensuring a clean house, kitchen with all the stuff, equipment etc. you need, good shower, nice terrace.
Everything was right with Fiona. The reception was very neat by Thomas. The house is very spacious, a very large kitchen, a lot of practical things are already in stock and you can use them.
The swimming pool (we were there in May) was already fully up and running and at the right temperature. Very nice that there was a fence around it so that the small children could not just get to it.
The wifi was also ideal, I was actually able to do a number of work-related video calls well there.
Anyway, just a house with high standards, large (covered) terrace, nice in the shade.

This beautifully private home lacks nothing. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances for delicious cooking.
Lovely situated swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. Bedrooms with good mattresses and a living room with perfect sofas.
In short, a fantastic holiday home. We already knew the area well but never got bored. We would like to come back again

The location of this beautifully renovated villa was perfect – very peaceful and still within walking distance from the lovely village with shops and cafes. The house was clean and well equipped for eight people. We loved having breakfast outside with a view to the Adriatic Sea. I would highly recommend this place!

The couple staying with us are architects and they also appreciated how carefully the house has been renovated and how well it worked for our two families. Several years ago we stayed at your villa, Casa Naomi and had a great holiday. Can you let me know if you still rent this out and if it is available in spring or summer 2020?

This villa is superb, the location worked for us being remote, but a 20 minute walk to local shops or the same driving distance to Adriatic coast. The accommodation was great, the pool in perfect condition and the meet and greet process short and informative. We loved our holiday.

Das große, restaurierte Bauernhaus liegt in einem einsamen Tal sehr nah bei Montefiore dell Aso. Es ist sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist gut bestückt und es gibt auch einen Grill vor der schattigen Terrasse. Der Swimmingpool liegt malerisch im Grünen etwas unterhalb des Hauses. Er wird regelmäßig vom Betreiber gewartet und gereinigt. Der Betreiber stellt auch reichlich Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung, dass zum Erkunden des reizvollen Ortes Montefiore und der Umgebung einläd. Alles in allem, ein sehr zum Entspannen einladendes Plätzchen.

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet location. The house was in excellent condition throughout and much larger than we expected. One of the best equipped houses we have stayed in.

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying at your lovely house. The weather could of course have been better (!), but it is really comfortable, one of the best equipped holiday houses we’ve had and plenty of room for everyone. It even provided the perfect setting for the ushers to have their 2 o’clock getting ready photoshoot so thank you so much for allowing the late checkout.

Casa Naomi near to Montefiore dell’Aso is a professionally restored typical Marche property. Montefiore is a beautiful hill top town with stunning views and is easily accessed from Casa Naomi. The warm seas of the Adriatic coast are minutes away by car.
Excellent restaurants can be found locally and there is a good butcher, baker, wine producers, supermarkets and fuel stations within town.
It has a beautiful pool set next to the house in a stunning, peaceful, rural location. Highly recommended, we have stayed twice in Casa Naomi.

Casa Naomi is a delight. Everything works and continued to work throughout our stay. What a delight to stay in such a beautifully restored, spacious, spotlessly clean and well maintained property. Quiet, yet not too far off the beaten track. The only disturbances were from a noisy set of residents with their choruses of bird song all day long. We saw a metre long reptile – snake or slow worm? No sign of the whoopoe, but we heard a lot from him. Lizards abounded to delight of our young charges. So tranquil. Our busy lives a distant memory.
Meals on the patio, all of them were such relaxing occasions. The bread shop is one of the best. The butcher quite a wit and with such good meat. Such variety and such high quality. We loved the village and the friendliness of the locals. Barbecuing was a joy.
The local beaches are pristine, accessible, within easy reach of Casa Naomi and the sea very warm. The house pool one of the best we have seen in our travels with a most efficient filter. We made maximum use of the pool, the boys had a great time and how their swimming confidence has improved. TV, iPad, not missed at all.
We did not feel the urge to travel much during our stay and I believe that is a sign of being content.
We, of three generations, highly rate this property and intend to return.

Beautiful Haven in peaceful setting.

We stayed here soon after the restoration and our second visit this summer did not disappoint. It is a tranquil haven in a beautiful and private setting, with very thoughtful attention to detail inside and out. The pool area is a suntrap all day while the stone house stays cool all night and the veranda provides a shady place tor relax. We loved the diversity of wildlife and fresh figs on the driveway and the village shops, cafes and restaurants are a short walk – fantastic views from here. The description is totally accurate and we were welcomed on our arrival by Thomas who showed us where everything was. Many excellent, good value restaurants in nearby villages and towns too. Perfect!

Still a fantastic property 2nd time around.

This is our second stay at Casa Naomi and we weren’t disappointed, the conditions and facilities are second to none - all are of excellent quality. We were a party of grandparents, parents and kids, all had a fantastic time enjoying the local area beach etc. This area never ceases to amaze us of its tranquillity and natural beauty. We will return.

Perfect seclusion.

Beautiful well appointed Farmhouse on the outskirts of Montefiore dell’Aso
As a party of 7 including one child, the property was plenty big enough. Being here at Easter it was too cold to use the pool, but the log burner in the main room, was perfect for those cooler evenings.
Everything was as described by the owner and their representatives on site were excellent ambassadors for them.
If your idea of a holiday is to get away from the madding crowd, then this is for you

Perfect family vacation.

I keep telling my friends that Marche is like Tuscany 50 years ago. And that all in a positive sense! The house is situated outside the small, sleepy town/village of Montefiore dell’Aso with a few restaurants/cafes, a bakery, two grocery stores. The views from the village are just stunning to the west – the Adriatic sea, at your feet the beautiful undulating countryside of Marche and to the south/west snow capped mountains.
We were 4 adults and 4 children and the size of the house and its facilities were perfect for us. The pool area was nicely kept and used every day by the kids, the outdoor sitting area perfect for breakfast and dinner.
The ocean is 20 mins drive away. Pre season when we were there so almost empty beaches.
We have only one good things to say about this house and the area around it. Go there!
